  Paul Janaway

  Proprietor

  Starting his apprenticeship at Bridgewater Glass as a glass cutter in 1968, Paul has a wealth of over 40 years experience in the glass and glazing industry. He heads the team of highly professional experienced personnel at Bridgewaters. In his spare time, Paul has an unhealthy obsession with golf.

  Tim Gindrat

  General Manager

  Tim joined Bridgewater Glass straight from school in 1984 as a trainee salesman working his way up to his present position. During this time Tim has built up an extensive knowledge in the glass and glazing industry. Tim is a family man and loves spending time with his little boy.

  Darren Wilks

  Contacts Manager

  Joining straight from school in 1984 as an apprentice glazier, Darren was internally promoted to his current position after 15 years on the tools. Darren is also Bridgewaters NEBOSH qualified Health and Safety Officer. To relax, Darren can be found scuba diving or clay pigeon shooting.

  Liam Grace

  Showroom Manager

  Liam has worked with Bridgewater Glass for over 7 years since leaving school, progressing from trainee level to Showroom Manager. Liam is football crazy and enjoys both watching and playing the beautiful game.

  Laraine Harris

  Company Secretary

  Laraine has been with the company since 1990 and is in charge of the clerical and financial aspects of Bridgewater Glass. Laraine loves nothing more than escaping on holiday with her family whenever she can.
