Very professional and considerate
In the world of moans and groans it is a delight to scribble a few words of praise for services rendered.
Yesterday I was apprehensive about the installation of replacement windows in my conservatory due to the Buncfield problem. The two guys you sent to us were great; they were very professional and considerate to us 'old age' pensioners and we appreciated how they cleared up our dead flies as well as their own bits and pieces, and they took great care of the flowerbeds.
Convey to Roger and Rob our thanks and if, and I hope not, we have need of more window replacement, send them to us again.

A job well done
Dear Paul,
Could you please thank Martin and his crew for a job well done. They got on with it without causing any problems to the household and the finished product is bang on up to scratch (if they want to give me lessons on how to use a silicone gun, that would be appreciated).

I would like to thank you for the way you handled my window replacement following my attempted break-in.
You arrived to board it up within two hours quite late at night. The man who did it was very pleasant and did a good job.
You replaced my double-glazed patio window the same week and the men who did that were equally charming.
My various telephone conversations with your company were dealt with sympathetically and efficiently.
I have to say that - setting aside the unpleasant aspects of the break-in - it was a pleasure to deal with your company.

The mirror looks great!
Hi Darren,
Your colleague has been round this morning to deliver the shelves. Big thanks. He also looked at the black marks which he recognised and was able to remove with a stanley knife blade (was reluctant to try myself in fear I would make anything worse). The mirror now looks great. My partner and I are very pleased with this.
Can you pass on my thanks to your colleagues. They did brilliantly navigating my tricky staircase yesterday.
I will definitely come back to you in the summer to source another mirror for the en-suite - this time, no cut outs needed.
